3.1 Price Guarantee & Variations
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once your booking has been paid for in full by you. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur due to matters outside our control that increase the cost of the product or service, including, but not limited to, adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and taxes. Please refer to the website or consult our travel experts for up-to-date prices. Over The Planet reserves the right to correct any errors in fees, charges, rates, or prices quoted or billed, even if the travel products have been paid for in full.
3.2 Deposit and Final Payment
You will be required to pay a deposit or the amount stated at the time of booking. Booking vouchers cannot be issued until the final payment is received. If you fail to pay by the due date, we reserve the right to automatically charge the credit card provided to complete the final payment. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic cancellation without further notification. Any deposit paid will be forfeited or, at your request, may be applied toward an alternative booking. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and non-lodging products may vary; we will advise you of these conditions and request your consent before proceeding with the booking. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
3.3 Payment
There are no fees associated with making a payment using Visa or Mastercard. You authorize us to charge all fees incurred in relation to the services provided to the credit or debit card designated by you. If payment is not received from the card issuer or its agents for any reason, you agree to pay all amounts due immediately upon demand.
3.4 Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation email from Over The Planet. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process and to update such information as necessary.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
