How to Share Your Booking

Forward Confirmation Email

  1. Open your booking confirmation email

  2. Forward it to the person who will attend

  3. They can use the voucher from that email

Share Voucher

  1. Log into your account

  2. Go to "My Bookings"

  3. Download the voucher

  4. Send to the person attending

Important Information

  • The lead traveler name should match ID

  • Some activities require the lead traveler to be present

  • Check if any restrictions apply

Transferring Booking

If you need to transfer the booking to someone else entirely:

  1. Provide booking reference

  2. Provide new traveler details (name, email)
