How do I verify my booking is confirmed?

Quick Answer: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. You can also verify your booking anytime through your account on our website or by contacting our support team.


How to Verify Your Booking

Confirmation Email

You will receive an email with:

  • Booking reference number

  • Activity/hotel details

  • Date and time

  • Voucher/ticket (for activities)

  • Operator contact details

Your Account

  1. Log in to your Over The Planet account

  2. Go to "My Bookings"

  3. View all confirmed and pending bookings

  4. Download vouchers or tickets

Contact Us

Email [email protected] with your booking details and we will verify your booking.

What a Valid Booking Includes

  • Unique booking reference

  • Confirmed date and time

  • Voucher with QR code or booking ID

  • Operator contact information

If You Have Not Received Confirmation

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Wait up to 30 minutes for email delivery

  • Log into your account to check booking status

  • Contact us if no confirmation after 30 minutes
